Behold I am doing a new thing; remember not the things of old. As you look and saw what happened to Pharaoh and his host how I received the glory over drowning them in the sea. So it happened to all of Adam and satan and the things of this world in the cross and as Israel crossed through the sea into the wilderness, so they could see my provision, so you have went through the cross and it is a greater thing, Because as you go through the cross your old nature died, and you received a new nature in Christ, My very own Nature.
As you see Israel was still the old nature even after going through the sea. Many are in awe of how I parted the sea, and guided Israel through safely, and then turned around and drowned their enemies in it. As you look and glory in the cross, the cross you can glory, as I said, I will get Me glory over pharaoh and his host, so you can glory each and everyday in the cross over your old nature, seeing that the world is a dead thing to you. You need not love this world, It is a dead thing.
As you accepted Jesus Christ your old nature died and you by grace received a new nature, My Nature, My Spirit. It was my Spirit that opened the sea and led Israel through to safety, and it was my Spirit that made the sea go back and destroy the enemy. Your old nature, the person you use to be was crushed on the cross of Jesus Christ, for the destruction of sinful self. That nature that loved to sin and now you no longer have to be a slave to the body of sin, Sin never needs to be your master again, for you have died to sin and now you are alive unto to God. You have a brand new life to live and each day you can choose which one lives. Your will is still active. You may choose life on either side of the cross. It is life when you glory in the cross; it is death when you choose the things of this world.
The natural mind cannot please God, only the spiritual mind can. The old is an enemy it will always be opposite of God. It hates the cross. The Spirit mind loves the cross and always looks to reinforce what Jesus Christ done. Glory in the cross even as Paul said. God forbid that I should glory in anything save in the cross of our Lord Jesus
Christ, for I had been crucified with Christ on that cross and it is no longer I that lives but Christ Jesus lives and the life that I am now living in this body of mine, I living by the faith of Jesus Christ, who loved and gave Himself for me.
Everyday we can look to the cross and glory in it even as God gloried over Pharaoh, and we can see by the Spirit of God that our old man was crucified on that tree. Christ took my sin into His body, that I who died to sin can live righteously, for by His stripes I have been healed.
It was the breath of God, that created this whole Universe, and that Breath of God was when God spoke, let their be light, or let light shine out of darkness, and The glorious Spirit of the Living God Bought it into the visible. That same light that was in God was spoken out by his Word, and the Holy Spirit who was brooding over the waters went to work and brought the very part of God into being, where that which was in God could be seen physically. After all the creation, and God speaking the Word and the Spirit brought it into the natural.
Hallelujah! Got to shout for a while, Glory be unto the Living Lord God, What a wonderful Savior we have, and How He sent His Holy Spirit the very Breath of God to live within us, To lead and to guide and to bring the beauty of God out into our lives by the fruit of the Spirit.
God then after He prepared this earth for that one, His heart was throbbing for (Man), God created man. He said, Let us Father, The Word, (who is Christ) And the Spirit made man, God used His hands to form man, and then God did something He had not done to the animals or anything else, He Breathe into man's nostrils, and man became a living soul. Here is the Same Breath of God that brought forth the beauty into creation, was now breathe into man, But God gave man a will, apart from His own, then God gave man a commandment to use his will, and told the man he could eat freely of all the trees in the garden but the tree of knowledge of good and evil. And then He created from man woman for his helpmate. with the very breath of God within them. They were Clothe with the Glory of God, His very Holy Spirit covering them.
Then the satan who was jealous over what God had just created was in an all out war against God and he was determined to destroy the beauty that God had made, and he went to the woman, mind he didn't go to the man, because the man is the one who received God's Command. So he went to the woman, and started to have a conversation with her, and said, Can it really Be that God has said, You shall not eat from every tree of the garden? What a liar! See how he can bring such a deception, where you have to talk to him. Then the woman answered him and said, we may eat the fruit from the trees of the garden, except the fruit from the tree which is in the middle of the garden, You shall not eat it or touch it, lest you die. The woman was very talkative, I don't know what happened to Adam at that time, where he was certainly he wasn't defending God's Word.
Then the serpent said, Woman! You shall not die! Now satan trying to be God and ride over God's Command, He always wanted to be above God, and so now he is trying to be what he always wanted to be. For God knows that the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing the difference between good and evil and blessing and calamity. (Can you imagine that, and that game of his is still played today, people falling for everything but the cross of the Lord Jesus Christ.) When the woman looked she saw that it was good for food, and it was a delightful to look at, and a tree to be desired in order to man one wise. So she took of it's fruit, and gave some also to her husband, and he ate. So the husband was there all the time, and letting the serpent deal with the woman. She was so deceived, but he willfully sinned against God's Command.
When they ate, the Spirit of the Lord "The Glory of God" departed from them and their eyes were opened to see their nakedness, and tried to cover themselves up with fig leaves. Then they heard the sound of God's voice walking in the garden in the cool of the day, Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of Lord God among the trees of the garden. The Lord God called out to Adam. Adam where are you? God knew what had happened, but he wanted Adam, to answer Him. Adam told the Lord God that he heard Him walking in the garden and he was afraid because he was naked, The Lord God said, who told you, that you were naked. Have you eaten from the tree that I told you not to? Of course the blame game started,
So you see the first thing that came into man when he ate off of the wrong tree, was fear. This is still the same today. We can eat off of the wrong tree, and we will become naked. We can choose to eat the fruit which the Spirit produces, or we can eat from the fruit of flesh. Every day we must make a choice of which tree we are going to eat from. Looking to the cross and obeying the commands of the Lord will produce the fruit of the Spirit. We can glory in the cross every day of our lives and our inner man be clothe with the glory of God, the very breath of God the Holy Spirit of the Living God. Paul saw himself every day crucified with Christ, and that kept him in where God wanted him to be. There is such a rest when we allow the cross to do its perfect work over the old man. That is where satan and all of his host was destroyed, the power of sin over one's life was destroyed on Calvary. And we can eat of that fruit every single day. Resting in the shadow of the cross and allowing the victory fruit fall into us as we glory in it.
As in the Song of Solomon, we see the woman sitting under the tree, and allowing the fruit of her beloved fall all she had to do was take and eat. so we do this day we sit in what Jesus Christ has done in the cross and in the resurrection and in the accession. We are victorious people as long as we eat from the tree of Life, and eat of the secret manna which is hidden in that cross. We go from glory to glory, the life of God getting bigger in our lives every day.
